Miracle Morning Day Two

I managed to get up again at 5.45am and continued with the sequence as yesterday.


The book I am now reading is about someone who has run over 700 marathons and given the first area of focus on the Level 10 areas is health and fitness, I thought this would help me understand the mindset behind how he does marathon after marathon especially I want to achieve my best marathon result in just ten weeks time.
